Tyson Schleppe, our Assistant Winemaker, has built up experience in vineyards, cellars, and laboratories throughout the Okanagan and abroad. With a degree in microbiology, a certificate in brewing, and years spent working in both vineyard and winery operations, he enjoys the unique blend of science, learning, craftsmanship, and problem-solving that goes into every vintage.
Outside the winery, Tyson enjoys woodworking, camping, gardening, and convincing his wife that carrying a heavy backpack up a mountain qualifies as a holiday. When not exploring the outdoors, he can usually be found building something in his shop, turning a simple afternoon project into a weekend-long undertaking.
