Frequently Asked Questions
Simply sign in with your email address and password, click on your name in the top right hand corner of your screen. This will take you to Your Account Dashboard. From there, just click on 'Club Memberships' to see which club package you signed up for.
You are able to switch between membership types but note that availability is limited and the package contents may change to accommodate adjustments. We process payments for recurring orders around 2-3 weeks before shipping, so please switch by the corresponding date.
* Note: we will always send you a reminder email about a month prior to club shipments so that your recurring wine club charge does not come as a surprise!
A list with details on each wine is included in your package. While we prefer to keep your package contents a surprise, if you really can't stand the suspense you may contact your wine club manager prior to shipment for details!
Shipping is included in the price of your package.
The wines are chosen by our wine maker just prior to each shipment. We uphold our promise to send you the best and most exclusive wines we have to offer. You can also always add on any of your favorites!
You can easily skip a shipment. Once you have received the reminder email telling you that your package is live*, follow these steps:
- Log into your account
- Navigate to your dashboard by clicking on your name in the top right corner of the website
- Click on Club Memberships
- Then click on 'Skip Package'
* Note: the option to skip a shipment only becomes available once the package is live - we will always send you a reminder email about an upcoming package, and alerting you that it is live, about a month before shipment.
You can easily put your club membership on hold for up to a year/two shipments. To do so, follow these steps:
- Log into your account
- Navigate to your dashboard by clicking on your name in the top right corner of the website
- Click on Club Memberships
- Then click on 'Put your club on hold' and follow the simple instructions.
* Note: you can also always email your wine club manager to put your club membership on hold, or restart it at any point.
You can cancel your club membership at any time with no obligations. To do so, follow these steps:
- Log into your account
- Navigate to your dashboard by clicking on your name in the top right corner of the website
- Click on Club Memberships
- Then click on 'Cancel club' and follow the simple instructions.
* Note: you can also always email our wine club manager Belinda at broseinnes@closdusoleil.ca to cancel your club membership at any point.
You will be billed 2-3 weeks before each wine club shipment.

Wine packages are shipped out to our members twice a year. You will receive an email notification prior to each shipment, shipments go out on or about March 21st and September 21st (we typically ship at the Spring Equinox and Fall Equinox).
