Simply sign in with your email address and password, and click on your name in the top right-hand corner of your screen. This will take you to Your Account Dashboard. From there, click on 'Club Memberships' to see which club package you signed up for.
Le Club Des Vins: A list with details on each wine is included in your package. While we prefer to keep your package contents a surprise, if you really can't stand the suspense you may contact your wine club manager prior to shipment for details!
Les Explorateurs: You get to choose which wines you are sent from the curated selection available in your membership portal. You can choose to accept the existing wine selection, tailored to your preferences, or customize your shipment by selecting from the available pool of wines. You may also add on wines to your shipment from the available selection – as many bottles as you like – all with your 10%-member discount automatically applied!
Note: Availability of wines is dependent upon inventory.
Yes, absolutely! Skip shipments as needed.
Once you have received the reminder email telling you that your package is live*, follow these steps:
Log into your account
Navigate to your dashboard by clicking on your name in the top right corner of the website
Click on Club Memberships
Then click on 'Skip Package'
* The option to skip a shipment only becomes available once the package is live.
Please note, however: accounts that skip more than four consecutive shipments without prior notice to your wine club manager may be deemed inactive and cancelled at the discretion of the manager.
Please ensure that both [email protected] and [email protected] are added to your safe sender list and do not end up in your junk mail folder. Clos du Soleil is not responsible for missed communications due to unread emails or spam filters, and refunds will not be available for shipments once processed.
Once an order has been charged to your card, we are unfortunately unable to process refunds. We will always send you a reminder email(s) prior to club shipments so that your recurring wine club charge does not come as a surprise!
Les Club Des Vins: Reminder emails will be sent a month before each shipment for Le Club Des Vins members, and again two days before payments are processed, giving you time to add on wines, skip your shipment, request a different shipping date, or cancel your membership before your credit card is charged.
Les Explorateurs: Reminder emails will be sent two weeks before each shipment (as per frequency set by you), and again two days before shipment, giving you time to choose wines, change shipment date, update credit card and shipping address, skip a shipment, change frequency, or cancel your club membership before your credit card is charged.
While it is preferable that all orders are physically signed for by an individual of legal drinking age, if you are unable to be home for a shipment, you can mark your membership as NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED (NSR). In these instances, the shipping company will leave your wine at your front door. However, please note that Clos du Soleil and ATS are not responsible for any wine designated as NSR that goes missing.

Le Club Des Vins (Classic Club)
Shipping is included on all Le Club Des Vins packages and no additional shipping is charged for add-on wines. (I.e., all shipping is covered for your classic club shipments.)
Les Explorateurs (Subscription Club)
Shipping is free on all orders of 6+ bottles of wine to BC and AB. For orders up to 5 bottles, shipping is charged as follows:
- BC: $25.00
- AB: $25.00
For all other provinces, shipping is set as follows:
- SK/MN: 1-12 bottles = $30; 13-24 bottles = $60.00
- ON: 1-12 bottles = $35; 13-24 bottles = $70.00
- NS/PEI: 1-12 bottles = $40; 13-24 bottles = $80.00
Yes! Two options:
- The simplest way to make the switch is to contact your wine club manager Belinda at [email protected] who will facilitate the changeover.
- You can cancel your existing classic/subscription club membership via your Clos du Soleil member dashboard, accessible on our website, then sign up for your new chosen club:

Le Club Des Vins: You will be billed 2-3 weeks before each wine club shipment (we will always send you a reminder email about a month prior to club shipments so that your recurring wine club charge does not come as a surprise). Shipping is included in the price of your package.
Les Exploratuers: You will be billed every 2, 3, 4, 6 or 12 months – depending on the frequency chosen by you at signup – on the same day of the month as signup.
You can cancel your club membership at any time with no obligations. To do so, follow these steps:
Log into your account
Navigate to your dashboard by clicking on your name in the top right corner of the website
Click on Club Memberships
Then click on 'Cancel club' and follow the simple instructions.
