Derrick’s Steakhouse culinary team invite you to enjoy a relaxed, social evening at Derrick’s Steakhouse celebrating Clos du Soleil wines paired with their signature cuisine. This evening, which takes place on Wednesday, March 11, forms part of their Wednesday Wine Club series – a curated wine dinner series celebrating the best of the Okanagan.
This experience is designed to be enjoyed, not studied. Guests will be guided through a curated selection of Clos du Soleil wines by the team at Derrick’s along with Matt Wentzell from Clos du Soleil winery, each thoughtfully paired with a chef-driven course. Expect easy conversation, excellent wine, and insights shared along the way. Featured Clos du Soleil wines include: Rosé 2024, Chardonnay 2024, Syrah 2022, Signature 2021, and Saturn 2022.
The focus of the evening is simple: great Clos du Soleil wines; and thoughtful pairings with steakhouse favourites and seasonal dishes, perfect for wine lovers of all levels.
